Cross Country Scholarships
Cross country remain to be one of the traditional and popular sports in college athletics. 
There are 305 D-I programs and 231 D-II programs with college cross country scholarships for men. A full funded cross country program is allowed to have 12.6 cross country scholarships for men and 18 for women. In D-II t the limit is 12.6 cross country scholarships for men and 12.6 for women.
There are many opportunities out the there for runners who wants to study with a cross country scholarship.
To obtain a cross country scholarship for an international runner it is important to have good times recorded in competitive surroundings.
Coaches don’t look at your description of how good you run, they want statistics from a tournament.
So if you want to get recruited with a cross country scholarship, you need to refer the college coach to a website where it shows the coach how you performed in a specific tournament or marathon.
